At HUB, I made this recipe under the supervision of (Weyburn) a Scottish Gastropub Wyvern ~ Scottish Gastro Pub ~ run by the former manager of HUB, a famous haggis restaurant.
It is a Scottish specialty. Enjoy with highball.

HUBに来てこれを頼まないのはモグリだと思う。 ハギスを食べられるお店自体多くはない。 これをちびちび食べながらギネスをちびちび飲む。 これが最高。 ハギスって何？おいしいの？と思ってる方。 値段も安いし、騙されたと思って一度食べてみることをおすすめします。

クセがあるので好き嫌いが分かれる味。 そのクセがたまらないという人の気持ちも分かるけど後味が苦手。夫は気に入ったようです。

イギリス料理でも『マズイ』と噂のハギス。ネタに頼んで食ってみたらめちゃ美味しい！ スパイシーなんで濃いめのアルコールと相性いいと思います。 いい意味で騙されました

好き嫌いが真っ二つに分かれる料理。 私としても好きだけど、個人的にツマミとしては？ って感じだけど、まぁまぁ食べれる所が少ない。一度は試して欲しいメニューの一つ。
